Tycoon and Groups

Apologies for the lateness in getting this out, but this caused a bit of discussion amongst us and it was important to get it right.

For this downtime cycle, the following interpretation of Tycoon is in effect. After this cycle, we will be reviewing whether to expand its use.

"Once per downtime, you may choose an endeavour Method. All members of your group gain 15% more points for skills, talents, and personal/title influences for that method from endeavours they engage in during the downtime period. Ships, military units, and other assets do not receive a boost from Tycoon."

For the purposes of this talent and other similar ones which affect groups, "group" is defined as "your primary player-led group such as a crew, dynasty, retinue, or other such grouping, but not including meta-groups such as the Inquisition, Mechanicus, Iron Star Consortium or other such factions that extend across player groups".
