Maybe get away from the stun.

Charge
Once per combat, you may spend one Vitality and alongside up to two comrades you may charge ignoring all ranged damage calls directed at you for five seconds or until you reach melee as long as you are moving towards the enemy. This does not include special calls such as Stun or Knockdown - only the damage.

UG 1 - Strength in numbers.
The effect can now be extended to a further two comrades for a total of five charging characters.

UG 2 - Sweeping Advance
You can now use this talent three times per combat.

Yes it's similar to Over the Top but now serves a slightly different purpose as it's for getting into an engagement under fire, whereas OtT is still the way to get at the high priority targets

Your suggestion is difficult to track across multiple targets.

Yoda's suggestion maintains the original flavour of the call, and the power of the call is offset by the sheer suicidal nature of having to use it.

I would suggest ofsetting the power of 'stun' by limiting the use per combat, as below.

So for the purposes of formatting:

CHARGE!
Once per combat, you may call Stun Range while charging towards your target.
Upgrade: After making the Stun call using this talent, you are immune to Fear calls for 30 seconds
Upgrade: Assuming you have purchased the first upgrade, you are now immune to Terror and Corruption effects for 30 seconds following the use of the Stun Call.

My thought being that this makes the sheer power of your charge means you are concerned with nothing except your target.

An effect like Over the Top that affects multiple characters has been considered before, but it would be at least an Intermediate talent.

I also dislike the notion of giving Terror and Corruption immunity - especially as a Basic talent. We also steer away from upgrade-dependent upgrades in our design.

That's fair.

Ok, new suggestion below.....

CHARGE!
Once per combat, you may call Stun Range while charging towards your target.
Upgrade: After making the Stun call using this talent, you are immune to Fear calls for 30 seconds
Upgrade: After making the Stun call using this talent, you may call 'Mass Fear <Crew>.'

Leaders get Mass Fear as an Intermediate talent. Again, not appropriate as a Basic talent.

I like Yoda's 'fear resist' upgrade suggestion. Not too powerful, and just as likely to get my character in trouble as help, which is why I picked the archetype in the first place :)

New pitch since the revised charge seemed to give a cool amount of cinematic badassery.

Master and Commander
You gain an effective +1 to Leadership, Intimidate and Politics. This may grant you an effective level above Advanced at character creation, but may not raise your effective level above Epic.

Basic

Bring him Down!
Once per combat, you may call on up to three allied characters (which can include yourself if you wish) to bring down a target. They gain an additional use of any "per combat" ability for the express purpose of that single target, if the target is dropped before they have used it they lose it.

Upgrade: You may now inspire up to five allied characters.
Upgrade: You may now use this talent three times per combat

It’s Just a Flesh Wound

Once per combat, you may call Inspire 4 Touch.

Upgrade: You may now call Inspire 4 Range instead
Upgrade: You may now use this talent three times per combat

Lead from the Front
Branch 1 – Intermediate

On Your Feet, Soldier
Once per combat, you may call Inspire 8 Touch.

Upgrade: You may now call Inspire 8 Range instead
Upgrade: You may now use this talent three times per combat

Follow me if you want to live forever!
Once per combat, you may spend one Vitality and alongside up to two comrades you may charge ignoring all ranged damage calls directed at you for five seconds or until you reach melee as long as you are moving towards the enemy. This does not include special calls such as Stun or Knockdown - only the damage.

Upgrade: You may now inspire up to five characters in such a charge
Upgrade: You may now use this talent three times per combat

More afraid of him than them.
Branch 2 – Intermediate

The Line Must Be Drawn Here
Once per combat, you may call Mass Rally <Players> or Mass Fear <Crew>

Upgrade: You may now call Global Rally <Players> or Global Fear <Crew> instead
Upgrade: You may now use this talent three times per combat

You can get further with a kind word and a gun than just a kind word.

Once per downtime, you may use an Influence action in any organisation (even one in which you not possess any Influence) at a cost of 200% the "additional action" cost for that organisation. This is a Significant Influence action.

Upgrade: The cost is now 150% the "additional action" cost instead of 200%
Upgrade: You may now use this talent twice per downtime.

Lead from the front
Branch 1 – Advanced

Back on Your Feet, Lads
Three times per day, you may call Mass Inspire 8 <Players>.

Upgrade: You may now call Global Inspire 8 <Players> instead

Fame or Infamy what matters is people are talking about me.
Get 20 extra Influence points for every rank you possess in the Politics skill to spend in each downtime period. These points do not carry over after the downtime period has ended.

Upgrade: You now gain 30 extra Influence points for every rank in Politics instead

More Afraid of him than them.
Branch 2 – Advanced

Rally to Me
Three times per day, you may call Rally Banner <Players>

Upgrade: You may now call Rally Banner <Players> Global instead

Aura of Fear

Three times per day, you may call Fear Banner <Crew>

Upgrade: You may now call Fear Banner <Crew> Global instead

I think the "You, you and you" pointing gesture works quite well. I don't know how others found it but I like it as a function of the leader talents to be .. well leaders rather than having self effecting stuff.

Acting as a force-multiplier, buffing & enabling others beyond the remit of the "Inspire" call, is good - I like. And got me thinking about it from a tabletop WH40K point of view, too - the best HQ units are the ones that buff the rest of the army. Librarians, Chaplains, Farseers, Cadre Fireblades... Exploring more ways of buffing and enhancing friendly characters is definitely a good idea for this Archetype IMNSHO.
Hope is the first step on the road to disappointment.
