There's no Nerfing of +skill items as far as I'm aware. Although, the prices may be subject to change as we settle in some new equipment.

I'd say that there's probably now going to be enough in the way of consumables that it should now be a less clear cut case of getting a small number of +skill item or a wider selection of consumables.

I've updated Supply Cache and Emergency Supplies to take Consumables into account.

Some sample Supply Caches that I came up with follow. We'd welcome suggestions for more.

There have not been many changes to Seneschal. But, the addition of consumable items are going to change how you use Supply Cache and Emergency Supplies.

I've added revised versions of those powers to the forum that take the new Consumables into account. I'd appreciate your feedback on how they work and also suggestions for bundles that you may want to get access to at the Event.

I've added a sentence to Inside Information to clarify it can't get current info on things in progress at the event.

I've made also some minor edits to the formatting.

A Little last minute, and may indeed have been in play for an unknown amount of time, however I hadn't seen the divisions of time laid out properly before:

(Seneshal Page)
Supply Cache

Once per day you may have any item of equipment from the character creation equipment rules that cost no more than 100 influence points. This item lasts for an encounter.

(Time Page)
Encounter

An event in downtime, such as an adventure, or an exploration. Per encounter powers may only be used during the downtime period.

So I can use it once each day, but it only lasts for a downtime? Encounter seems like it's worded for a different kind of ability than this?

Encounters in downtime are more properly "Endeavours".
Encounters in this talent are pertaining to an uptime encounter or away mission.

Does Courtier now just affect the cost of performing a 'Gain Asset' Endeavour, or does it reduce the difficulty by the corresponding amount too?

With the new downtime system (where all the numbers are visible to us), it would be nice to see Courtier do something more, especially as it's already been nerfed.

With basic Tycoon, you effectively get every 8th action 'free' for chosen endeavours, assuming Skills of 4, or every 5th action, at upgraded Tycoon (which, as it reads now, applies to all Endeavours using the chosen method).
Courtier lets you buy an Influence Asset for yourself, once, at a slight discount in IP, which you may not use every downtime (which, for a downtime-only power, it really should be used).

On that note, if I have the Courtier talent, can I apply that to someone else's action in acquiring me a title?

Emergency Supplies has been changed so that consumables gained from it only last until for an encounter. This is a deliberate choice to reduce the over supply of drugs in the game while still making them available in an emergency. Other equipment still lasts for a full day.

Tycoon has been clarified to show that it effects an endeavor method, not a qualifiers.
